Best Photos for a Two-Person Hotel Lobby AI Video

Learn which photos work for each performer, how left and right roles work, and what good photos can and can't guarantee in a two-person AI video.

Start with one clear photo for each adult performer. Choose photos where the face is easy to see, with nothing covering it, and with head and shoulders in frame. Assign each photo to the correct side before generating. Better photos help, but an AI video may still change facial details, hands or movement — no photo can guarantee an exact result.

What the tool checks automatically

When you add a photo, the tool checks the file itself:

  • Type: JPG, PNG or WebP
  • Size: up to 8 MB per photo

Passing these checks only means the file can be used. It doesn't mean the face will be reproduced exactly.

Photos that tend to work

BringWhy it helps
A clear, well-lit faceThe model has more detail to work with
One adult per photoIt's clear who each performer is
Head and shoulders in frameGives a sense of build and clothing
A mostly front-facing angleFaces turned away give less to match

Photos to avoid

Leave at the doorWhat can go wrong
Sunglasses, masks or a hand over the faceHidden features may be invented
Group photos or very small facesThe wrong person may be picked up, or detail is lost
Heavy filters or very dark photosSkin tone and features can shift
Photos of childrenNot allowed — both performers must be adults

Two different people and left/right roles

You can use photos of two different people, or two photos of the same person. Each photo goes to one position:

  • L — the performer on the left of the stage
  • R — the performer on the right

Use Swap to switch them before generating. Each person's photo only affects their own position.

What a better photo can't guarantee

AI video generation recreates the people in motion. Even with good photos, it can:

  • change small facial details or expressions
  • render hands or fingers imperfectly
  • vary clothing details
  • move differently from the original trend video

If a result doesn't look right, try a clearer photo rather than generating again with the same one.

Before you submit

  1. Both photos are added and on the correct side.
  2. You have permission to use both photos, and both people are adults.
  3. You've checked the credit cost: a standard video uses 45 credits.

Then follow the step-by-step guide, or see how much it costs.
